I was very impressed with the careful packaging of this for shipping. The glass chime is lovely and the gentle sound is just what I wanted. I've been looking for a glass chime for a long time and I'm so glad I found this. The glass is much thicker than I'd expected and I hope it will last a long time. I especially appreciated that the website gave a long enough sample of the sound to judge whether I liked it before committing to purchasing.

I love it and my sister loves hers too. The glass is a little different sound than a person usually hears. I hope the color of the glass dosen't fade off.
