Proudly made in the USA, Festival wind chimes have been in business for over twenty years. These chimes have beautiful tones and excellent resonance. The redwood components are treated with a penetrating oil-resin finish for outdoor durability. The aluminum is anodized or powder-coated to stand up to the elements. The cord is a strong polyester. Festival chimes are made to be durable and weather resistant, giving years of enjoyment.

Limited chiming, but pretty dainty sound when it does.

The chimes are beautiful, but the part that hits the chimes was really high up and barely hit them at all. I untied the knot and re-tied it lower and that helped. It is still not very "chime-y" compared to another one I have from this company, but when I hear it, it's delicate and sweet
