"Sadly, a high school friend lost her son recently, and a group of us were looking for a heartfelt group gift to memorialize him in a lasting way, while communicating we were there for them. I immediately thought of windchimes and went the google route...many inexpensive (and not so inexpensive) options popped up, but it wasn't until I searched "quality windchimes" that I landed at ChimeTime.com. Was so impressed with the ability to preview the sound...see the product...learn about the options.

After deciding on a windchime, I ordered, but accidentally had them scheduled to deliver to me instead of her. 8 pm on a Thursday night, I called to correct the order expecting an AI Agent (which the website clearly states, so no problem...), but instead got a live person who immediately corrected the issue, made sure everything in the order was accurate, and even confirmed spelling, read back messaging, and thanked me for my order.

Thank you for my mistake into a customer service opportunity, and for indulging me in telling a pretty painful story. I am excited for my friend to receive the chimes - her son was a music lover, and this gift will say what I can't even put into words.
