How will my order be shipped?

We currently use UPS as our shipping courier. All orders over $50 (and shipping within the contiguous U.S.) will ship free via UPS Ground. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and to U.S. Territories benefit from discounted shipping fees.

Expedited shipping options and their estimated delivery dates are provided during the checkout process after the shipping address has been provided.

When will my order be shipped?

The stock status and estimated shipping date is listed on every product page for your convenience. 

When will my order be delivered?

After you provide the shipping address during the checkout process, various shipping options and their estimated arrival dates will be provided. 

Shipping cost refunds for non-timely deliveries, will only be in accordance with UPS Terms and Conditions of Service. Please note that UPS disclaims weather and other acts beyond their control in their terms and conditions.

Saturday Delivery: Saturday delivery is available to many locations but varies depending on location and the shipping method selected. We encourage you to note the estimated arrival date displayed after the shipping address is provided during the checkout process.

Holiday Delivery: UPS delivery and transit times are impacted by major holidays. We encourage you to note the estimated arrival date displayed after the shipping address is provided during the checkout process.

How can I check the status of my order and get the tracking number?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with details. In addition, you can log into your ChimeTime account to view order status.
