Ordering Methods & Payment Options
How do I place an order?
Online: The easiest way to place an order is to use our online order form. It's safe, secure, and easy to use! We accept a wide variety of payment methods and options.
By Telephone: You may place orders by telephone during our hours of operation using the toll-free number on our Contact Us page.
By Mail: If you prefer to order by mail, add the items to your shopping cart and continue to the checkout page. Provide your shipping address and select a shipping method. This allows both the shipping cost and sales tax (if any) to be calculated. Then print the page and mail it to us. If you don't have a printer, include all the information in a handwritten note. Be sure to include your email address and phone number.

If you wish to pay by check or money order, please make the check payable to ChimeTime. A waiting period of up to ten (10) days may apply.
If you wish to pay by credit card include the card number, expiration date, and the last three digits of the security code found on the back of the card (for American Express, the four digit security code found on the front of the card).
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Where applicable, we do collect and remit sales tax in accordance with state laws. If your order is subject to sales tax, it will be displayed after you enter in your shipping address during the checkout process. If we are required to collect sales tax for your state and you are exempt, please email us your tax-exempt form and then call us to place the order. Our email address and phone number are displayed on our Contact Us page.
Do you accept purchase orders?
We are pleased to accept purchase orders and provide 30-day payment terms from government agencies and public service organizations within the United States. Purchase orders may be submitted by email or postal mail. Unfortunately, we cannot accept purchase orders from individuals, private companies, or organizations outside of the United States. Our Federal Tax ID Number or Federal Form W-9 are available upon request.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with multiple other electronic payment methods and options. See our checkout page for all payment methods we accept.
Pre-Paid Cards: Most online transactions require that pre-paid cards (commonly referred to as a "gift card") be registered with the card issuer. Registration allows the cardholder to provide their name, address and telephone number associated with the card. Information for registering the card can typically be found on the back of the card. Failure to register the pre-paid card could result in a declined transaction.
Payment By Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order: If you choose to order by mail (instructions provided above), we do accept payment by check, cashier's check or money order made payable to: ChimeTime. Should you pay with a check, a waiting period of ten (10) days will apply to your order.
