Return Policy
Overview
ChimeTime.com guarantees your 100% satisfaction with our products. You may return any item within 60 days of the purchase date for an exchange or complete refund of the amount you paid for the product. Any returns authorized after 60 days are at our discretion and the return will only be eligible for in-store credit.

Please note that all products come with a manufacturer warranty. If you experience any problems with your product during the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer and they will be happy to assist you.
Return Processing Time
Returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.
Pre-Paid Return Labels
ChimeTime.com will provide a pre-paid return label for a return when:
- A product is defective upon arrival.
- A product is damaged upon arrival.
- A shipping error is made (such as an incorrect product).
Fees Paid for Shipping
Fees paid for shipping (excluding upgraded expedited shipping fees) are eligible for credit or refund when:
- A product is defective upon arrival.
- A product is damaged upon arrival.
- A shipping error is made (such as an incorrect product).
- The product was not delivered on-time for guaranteed shipping methods. (Refunds for non-timely deliveries will only be issued in accordance with UPS Terms and Conditions. Please note that UPS disclaims weather and acts of God, among other things, in their terms and conditions.)
Expedited Shipping Fees: Every product is new and sent in good faith. Fees paid for expedited shipping are sometimes excessive and cannot be refunded should the product be found defective or unsuitable for a particular use.
Shipment Refusal
Once a package has been shipped, our normal Return Policy applies. Rather than refuse a shipment, we prefer that you accept the shipment and return it according to our normal return process. Should a shipment be refused upon arrival, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund since customers are responsible for return shipping as noted in our Return Policy.
