My product is over 60 days old and I am having problems, what should I do?
If you are having problems or the product proves to be defective after 60 days of the original invoice date, the terms of the manufacturer's warranty will apply, and you will need to contact them directly. There may be instances when the manufacturer, once they have been contacted, will ask that we help in the replacement process. If this is the case, we will assist you and the manufacturer with the return process, however it will be necessary for you to contact the manufacturer first.
