About Nancy - Our AI Phone Agent

As a small family business, we're unable to provide live customer service by phone at all times. This includes evenings, weekends, holidays, or during times when we are short-staffed. To provide better phone coverage and a better experience for our customers, we now have an AI phone agent. Her name is Nancy. She can assist with inquiries 24/7 when a live agent isn't available. Nancy isn't an "old school" auto attendant. She's an advanced AI agent, capable of having a normal, helpful, human-like conversation.

While she may occasionally give incorrect information, Nancy does a fantastic job overall and is very knowledgeable about our products and policies. She can also assist with things like taking or changing an order, looking up your order status, and a variety of other functions.
